2) Service roles

• NovaGlint Games LLC is the game developer and IP owner.
• NovaGlint Games Limited (诺瓦星芒有限公司) is authorized as publisher/operator for selected titles on TikTok Mini Games.
• For platform-specific operations, users must also follow TikTok Mini Games and third-party platform terms.

3) Service availability

We may change, suspend, or remove features, update content, or stop services in whole or in part at any time with reasonable operational notice where possible.

4) Your license

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our services for personal entertainment only.

5) Prohibited conduct

You must not use our services to cheat, tamper, abuse systems, impersonate others, access unauthorized data, reverse engineer protected code, or violate platform policies.

6) User content

Any feedback, reports, or content you submit may be used internally to improve products and support operations. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

10) Suspension and termination

11) Governing law

For the website and related legal materials, United States and Hong Kong laws may apply based on service location and operation. If you are based in another region, mandatory local consumer rights rules still apply.
